A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Philfastfood will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.
If you request to cancel your order BEFORE 12 hours, you will get Full refund.
If you request to cancel your order AFTER 12 hours, cancellation fee will be 10% from the total amount.
If the item is prepared and want to cancel the order there will be no refund issued.
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased
from 2CO ("Return").
Philfastfood will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Philfastfood 's Return Policy.
You can return an item for any reason within 5 days of receipt. Please ensure that you read and comply with the Terms & Conditions for returns at the bottom of this page. If your product(s) were damaged in transit, or if there was an error in shipping, please notify us within 24 hour of receipt. For products damaged in transit, please keep all shipping and packaging materials. Please also note that normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect or damage.

3.Send the package back to us using a traceable method of shipping (i.e. tracking number or delivery confirmation). Package must be insured for the full value of the contents.

Terms & Conditions for returned items
1.All returned items must be received in original condition.
2.If product was damaged or defective, it will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued, including shipping charges.
3.If being returned for another reason, a refund is generally issued. Item should be received in original condition.
4.If a refund is being issued, the purchase price will be refunded.
5.We do not refund shipping charges unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in your shipment.
6.We cannot be responsible for, and will not refund, shipping costs in excess of those you paid to have your order shipped to you. We cannot be responsible for your packaging fees.
7.Gift wrapping (if any) is non-refundable.
